Data that you give to the tool

The tool does not ask for your name, email address, farm address, field boundary, crop records, or payment details. The season and farming-system controls stay in the page URL when you share a view. Do not put private data in that URL.

The seven-day Field Window can use a latitude and longitude that you enter. It can also use a point that your device gives to the page after you select the device-location control and approve the browser request. FieldForge rounds the point to four decimal places before it makes the weather request.

The page keeps the point temporarily in its in-page working memory while you use the Field Window. The FieldForge application does not write the point to browser storage, a FieldForge database, or a FieldForge release record.

When a nearby NWS station observation is available, the page also keeps the selected station identifier and checked result only in its in-page working memory. It does not return station coordinates to the page. It clears the station result when the point changes or when you leave the page.

The selected Period A and optional Period B also stay only in the page working memory. The page does not put the comparison in the URL or browser storage. It clears both periods when the field point changes or when you leave the page.

Cookies and analytics

This public beta does not set advertising cookies and does not include an analytics service. It uses browser local storage only to remember whether you selected the plain-language view. It does not put a field point, farm choice, operating limit, or forecast result in browser storage. If this changes, Field Forge 3D will update this notice.

Technical request data

The hosting provider can process standard request data, such as an IP address, browser type, time, requested path, and security signals. This data is used to deliver and protect the service. The provider can keep limited logs under its own terms and legal duties.

Public source data

The service retrieves public climate data from NOAA. When you request the seven-day Field Window, the FieldForge server sends the rounded point to the National Weather Service to request official point metadata and active alerts. It uses the validated NWS grid and selected station identifier to request a station list and the latest observation. FieldForge does not send your crop choice, operating limits, seasonal planning choices, or selected forecast periods with those requests.

FieldForge does not write the point, station selection, station result, or source URLs to browser storage, D1, a release, a source archive, or a public source receipt. The weather response is private and is not cached.

Browser share and clipboard features work only when you select them and are controlled by your browser or operating system.
